	Matthew S. Friedman President and Chief Executive Officer Mr. Friedman began his career as an associate with Kahn, Yanowitz & Arnson Co., LPA., a Cleveland based law firm. He specialized in the areas of corporate law and business litigation. He joined Northern Stamping Inc. in September, 1996. His father, Michael D. Friedman, was one of the original owners of NSI when the company was purchased. Mr. Friedman assumed the role of President in October, 1998 and directed all aspects of the organization, which included: sales, manufacturing, and finance. Following the sale of NSI in August 2000, he ran the company as a division of Hilite International Inc. NSI was reacquired in July, 2010 through FH Global Enterprises, LLC, NSI’s current majority shareholder. Matthew also serves as General Counsel for the Company. Mr. Friedman holds a B.S. in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania, Wharton School of Business in 1990, and a J.D. from the University of Southern California, Gould School of Law in 1993.
	Scott Sheffield Vice President of Operations Mr. Sheffield began his career at Springco Metal Coating in 1991. In 1994, after moving up the ladder, he became Production Manager. Mr. Sheffield joined NSI in 1998 as General Manager. He held that position until the NSI expansion in 2000, where he added Weld Manager to his responsibilities. When NSI was reacquired, he became Vice President of Operations. Mr. Sheffield attended John Carroll University and Cleveland State University. He holds a B.S. in business administration from the University of Phoenix.
	Michael Anguilano Quality Manager Mr. Anguilano has over 25 years of experience in automotive parts production and quality manufacturing. His work experience includes expertise in quality systems, PPM reduction through lean and six sigma activities with emphasis on cost reductions and project management. Previously, Mr. Anguilano was a Plant Manager at a wire forming company where he was directly responsible for all aspects of plant operations and quality systems. In 1997, he became Quality Manager at NSI. His education includes ASQ Certified Quality Manager, Quality Engineer, Six Sigma Black Belt refresher, APQP, PFMEA, GD&T, and training. He is also Certified Mechanical Inspector.
	Kristin MacLellan Controller Kristin MacLellan has over 20 years of financial experience spread across a diverse array of industries. She has worked for not-for-profit organizations, publicly traded corporations as well as private equity companies. Prior to joining Northern Stamping, Inc. Kristin served as the Senior V.P. of Finance for Micro Target Media. She previously served in a senior role on the global mergers and acquisitions team at CK & Co., where she oversaw post-acquisition activity related to financial and operational systems implementation and integration. Kristin joined Northern Stamping, Inc. as its Controller in 2009. She received her MBA from John Carroll University and a B.A. from Kent State University in Finance.
	Ann Waldmuller Human Resource Manager Ann joined Northern as Human Resource Manager in January 2010. She has over 20 years of human resources and labor relation experience in manufacturing. Prior to joining Northern, Ann was Director, Human Resources for a multi-plant manufacturer responsible for union relations, as well as all aspects of the human resource operations. Her strong generalist background and broad experience lends well to her responsibilities which entail planning and implementing policies, recruiting, compensation, labor and employee relations, as well workers compensation. Ann received a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration from Myers University and an Associate Degree in Management from Lakeland Community College.
