NSI has significant design resources to cost effectively produce a high-quality part. Our tooling capabilities include the design, construction, and repair of existing tools. Whether it is a one piece replacement or new multi-tool programs, we have the expertise and capability to cost effectively serve our customers.
NSI also has the resources to design and produce a wide range of weld fixtures. NSI integrates industry standard components, along with our custom components, to reduce cost and maintain the fixture throughout the production life. NSI ensures quality by utilizing fully-automated clamping and built in part presence sensors for each component of an assembly.
