Rick is a senior level director with over 35 years of experience in supply chain, inventory management, warehousing, and plant operations. His experience covers a variety of industries including automotive, aerospace, appliance, and telecommunications. Rick spent 15 years in retail management with two Fortune 500 companies prior to his move into manufacturing. He started his manufacturing career as a buyer with Mid-South Electronics in 1996 and was promoted to Materials Manager at Highlands Diversified Services in 1999 where he managed all aspects of the Logistics, Materials and Purchasing departments. He served 2 years as the Director of Operations at Highlands Diversified prior to transitioning into the Purchasing Director. Rick moved into his current role as Corporate Director of Supply Chain with Bear Diversified in April of 2023. Rick holds a B.S. of Business Administration from Cumberland College.
