
Robert Hanel brings over 28 years of experience in the manufacturing industry, with 24 of those years dedicated to human resource leadership. He holds a degree in Psychology from Ashland University and began his career in operations before transitioning into safety and, human resources.
Robert has built a strong foundation in labor relations, employee development, and workforce engagement. His approach is centered on aligning HR strategy with organizational goals to drive performance, foster a positive work culture, and support long-term growth.
Prior to joining Northern Stamping, Inc., Robert served as a Regional Manager of Human Resources at a large 3PL organization. In that role, he led HR initiatives across multiple facilities, overseeing talent acquisition, labor negotiations, training programs, and compliance. He played a key role in supporting large-scale operational changes and employee relations efforts, contributing to increased retention and workforce stability.
