Troy Oldford brings over 20 years of experience in the automotive industry, with a strong background in engineering, quality assurance, and customer account management. Troy graduated from the University of Dayton with a degree in Industrial Engineering Technology and a minor in Quality Assurance. During his studies, Troy also completed a training program at BMW in Germany and interned each summer with the engineering team at Northern Stamping, Inc.

Following graduation, Troy joined NSI full-time as a Design Engineer. He later relocated to Michigan, serving as a Resident Engineer for NSI at both General Motors and Chrysler. This hands-on customer experience led to his promotion to Key Account Manager for GM and Chrysler (now Stellantis). As the business expanded, Troy was instrumental in building out the sales team—recruiting and developing new account managers—and ultimately transitioned into his current role as Outside Sales Manager for Bear Diversified.
