Willie Bryant has over 30 years of Automotive Quality Management Systems experience spread across a diverse array of tier 1 automotive and commercial suppliers. He has worked for suppliers in metal stamping, fabrication, resistance, mig welding, heat treat and plastic injection molding industries. To compliment Willie vast quality experience, he has served as Plant Manager with full P&L responsibility for 7 years at a tier 1 automotive supplier as well.

Willie joined Northern Stamping, Inc. as its Director of Quality in 2016. His education background includes study of Mechanical/Electrical Engineering Technologies, Lean Six Sigma, Financial Management for non-financial managers and Quality Systems Lead-Auditor certification.
